City Grapples with Internet Outage, Impacting Services

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - The City of San Angelo is experiencing an internet outage that began last night, March 11. 

Phone lines and some email access will remain down until further notice, the city stated.

Payments may still be made as usual, but customers must have their account number ready for in-person payments. Credit cards cannot be accepted in person right now.

City Information Technology is diligently working to resolve the issue. 

"We appreciate the patience and understanding of our citizens," information from the city stated. "Updates will be posted when available."
