Minutes before 10:00 p.m. San Angelo Police officers were dispatched to the area near Forrest Trail and Sunset Dr. for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.
As the investigation continues into the hit-and-run that left a 23-year-old man dead, the Midland Police Department is asking the public's help to identify two suspects.
