SAN ANGELO, TX - San Angelo police are investigating a shooting this Thursday evening.
It happened around 5:50 p.m. when medics were dispatched to North Magdalen Street near the northside recreation center.

Emergency dispatch audio stated that one person was suffering from a gunshot wound; the extent of the injuries is unknown.
The identification of the person who fired the shot(s) is unknown; it's also unclear if they are in custody.

Crime scene tape was seen near the recreation center.
