Rollover Crash into Front Yard Off Bell Street

SAN ANGELO, TX — A Nissan SUV rolled over into the front yard of a residence at the intersection of Bell Street and Belaire Avenue Friday morning.

Dispatch reports indicated one person was trapped inside the vehicle and could be heard tapping on the window. San Angelo Fire Department rescuers quickly freed the occupant, placed them on a stretcher, and transported them to a local emergency room.

Radio traffic suggested the crash may have been caused by a medical issue involving the driver.

The incident occurred around 10:40 a.m. under clear skies with dry road conditions. No other vehicles were involved.
